The General Alumni/ae Association
(GAA)
The GAA is the governing body for all Exeter
alumni/ae activities. The purpose of the association
is to advance the interests of Phillips Exeter
Academy and to promote beneficial relations between
the Academy and its former students. The GAA
awards the Founders Day Award annually.
Any student who has attended Phillips Exeter
Academy for at least one marking period is considered
an alumnus/a of the Academy and is therefore
a member of the General Alumni/ae Association
(GAA), which currently has a membership of approximately
21,000.
