Ways to make a gift to the Annual Giving Fund
Cash or Credit Card
Checks should be made payable to Phillips Exeter Academy and sent directly to the Annual Giving Office, Phillips Exeter Academy, 20 Main Street, Exeter, NH 03833-2460. Please provide your name and class, if applicable.
You can make an online credit card gift or make a pledge to the Annual Giving Fund by following the instructions on the secure
gift/pledge form. You can also call 1-800-828-4325 x3473 to make a credit card gift by telephone, or send your credit card information by mail to the Annual Giving Office, Phillips Exeter Academy, 20 Main Street, Exeter, NH 03833-2460. Your gift will be credited the day it is received.
Making
a Gift of Securities
Unendorsed stock certificates should be
sent by registered mail with a letter stating the
purpose of the gift. For security reasons, a signed
stock power should be sent under separate cover
with a copy of the transmittal letter. Please send
both directly to the Gift Recording Office, Phillips
Exeter Academy, 20 Main Street, Exeter, NH 03833-2460.
Securities may also be transferred directly to
Exeter by your broker, who should contact Wayne
Loosigian, director of annual giving, at 1-800-828-4325
x3473 or wloosigian@exeter.edu.
Corporate Matching Gifts:
Many corporations offer matching gift programs for employees and their families. Most programs match on a dollar-per-dollar basis. A match can often double or triple your gift, and all matching support is credited to your class. Click
here to see if your company will match your gift.
Reunion and Memorial Gifts
Many Exeter classes set special annual giving goals in honor of their reunions, and some also choose a class project. It is Exeter’s policy to apply all class gifts to the Annual Giving Fund until the annual giving goal has been met; only then are annual fund gifts applied to the class project.
Exeter receives many gifts in memory of classmates, parents and friends. When a memorial gift is received, Exeter notifies the honoree’s next of kin. Memorial funds that are capital or endowed funds cannot be credited to annual support.
