The
Faculty & Staff
Endowment Initiative
Goal: $71.0 Million
The Faculty & Staff Endowment Initiative is made
up of three components that address Exeter’s need
to remain competitive in an increasingly complex hiring
market. The largest part of this initiative is dedicated
to establishing funds for Endowed
Positions and Professional Development. The remainder
focuses on building a new child
care center and implementing programs recommended
by Exeter’s ongoing curriculum
review.
