Bradley Lown '76
Trial Attorney

On campus on November 2, 2006

Bradley Lown
Since I was graduated from the Maine Law School I have been in private practice.  I began with the law firm where I had clerked after my second year of law school, Cleveland, Waters and Bass, in Concord.  I left that firm in October of 1986, when I became an associate at Boynton, Waldron, Doleac, Woodman and Scott in Portsmouth.  I was made a partner at the Boynton firm in 1993 and practiced there until January of 2000, when I moved to the new firm of Coughlin, Rainboth, Murphy and Lown, P.A. in Portsmouth.

My practice has always been a broad general and trial practice, and I have appeared in all the Superior Courts in New Hampshire, in many of the District Courts, in the Federal Court in New Hampshire and before various Boards, including the Department of Labor, the Board of Land and Tax Appeals, and the Department of Safety. I have argued several cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.  In Maine I have appeared or tried cases in York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln and Androscoggin Counties, have had many cases in the York District Court and have appeared in other District Courts. I have argued one case before the Maine Law Court and one in the Federal Court in Maine.
